- A Demand Letter - We will draft a demand letter to the defendant based on the information you provide. This letter will be on the Law Firm’s letter head and will be mailed certified to the Defendants.
- Complaint – We will prepare all the necessary small claims documents for you, including the complaint. (for small claim cases)
- Service documents – We will provide documents you need to properly serve the defendant pro se (on your own accord-for small claim cases).
- We will send you the Complaint and Service documents once we've been notified by you that the Demand Letter sent did not resolve the dispute.

- You receive free client service by phone or email from our professional staff and Legal Assistants. You will also receive one hour phone or face to face consultation with an Attorney.
- Answer Complaint – We will prepare all the necessary documents for you to answer the complaint filed against you.
- An attorney will appear with you in court to ensure your rights are protected. (Includes Gwinnett and some surrounding counties)***

- Often, if you succeed and win your case, the judge will allow you to recover your court filing fee and service of process fee, generally $110.00 for one defendant case.
- In some counties, the filing fee may be higher.
- Note that results are not gauranteed. You may or may not be able to resolve the dispute with a demand letter or Complaint. All the phone calls and office visitations will be billed at $250 an hour. Assistance provided by paralegals will be billed at $120 an hour. All Fees must be paid prior to the start of the representation. All fees are non-refundable. If as defendants, we obtain a dismisissal on a case, the fee is still earned in full.
