Kevin J. Pratt
Kevin Pratt focuses his practice in business law, corporations and limited liability companies, real estate transactions, tax deferred like-kind property exchanges, secured lending, and real estate litigation. Kevin Pratt has assisted hundreds of entrepreneurs in the creation of business entities such as Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, or Partnerships to facilitate their particular needs regarding, taxation, financing and limited personal liability. After finding that a large percentage of Corporations and LLC's were not created and maintained properly, Kevin decided to focus his practice in these areas.
He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a member of the University of Georgia Honor Court. Kevin Pratt was a Semi-finalist in the Richard B. Russell Moot Court Competition, and Semi-finalist in the Melvin J. England Mock Trial Competition. He received his Bachelor in Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, Accounting, from Georgia State University, where he simultaneously received Advanced Writing Honors from the University’s School of Arts and Sciences. Kevin Pratt is licensed to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Gwinnett County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, and he is a Certified Public Accountant. Daniela Costan
Ms. Costan’s practice is devoted to litigation, bankruptcy, small
claims, credit card defense, and collection defense. She received a
Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. While
in law school, Ms. Costan served as an appointed mediator for the Clarke
County Magistrate Court, and completed the formal Civil Clinic program.
Ms. Costan has two separate law degrees having also graduated Summa Cum
Laude from Transilvania University School of Law in Romania with a
Bachelor degree in civil law prior to attending UGA.
She is admitted to practice law in Georgia and is a member of the
Georgia State Bar Association. The is authorized to practice in any
State Court in Georgia as well as in the United States Federal District
Court of Georgia. Ms. Costan is a native of Romania, and speaks fluent

Ladan Pratt graduated with Bachelors from Georgia State
University in Accounting and received her MBA in Management with
concentration in Finance. She enjoys helping entrepreneurs start up
their new business. In the past 10 years, she had helped many people
with their Business Plans, Forecasting and Budgeting, and Real Estate
Financing. She lives in Lawrenceville, Georgia with her husband and two
