Because it is necessary to provide you with personal assets protection, even our most basic Limited Liability Company package includes an attorney created operating agreement specifically for your LLC.
3. Finalization:
Once the entity is formed, sometimes as fast as 48 hours, we will send you the authenticated documents officially creating your LLC, Operating Agreement, and depending on the scope of services requested, other legal documents related to your new LLC. The Operating Agreement will be marked for your signature to formalize the member’s agreement.
